温报讯 （记者 赵用）一夜之间，共享单车以迅雷不及掩耳之势出现在温州市大街小巷，先后有摩拜、ofo、hellobike等旋踵而来。一时间，马路上橘、黄、蓝等色彩在市民眼前晃动着，成为网络时代城市的一道风景线。共享单车，这种随骑随放的全新概念及其便捷的租用方式深受市民欢迎。
然而，爆发式增长的共享单车却让城市管理者措手不及，“随骑随放”便是一把双刃剑，很快成了城市的另一种累赘。“随骑随放”在便利骑车者的同时，却也侵占了城市公共资源，侵犯了其他交通参与者和沿街店铺、行人的利益。
单车的共享，不应以侵占城市其他“共享资源”为代价，亟盼政府职能部门尽快介入，采取措施让共享单车的使用走上正规。

The sharing of bicycles should not be taken as the cost of other "sharing resources" in the city, so the government departments should step in as soon as possible to take measures to get the use of the Shared bikes to the proper level.
